WHO WE ARE

WOMEN - LED

Transformative Strategy, Creative Ingenuity, Measurable Impact.

Anana is a global boutique strategic consulting firm serving clients across the Caribbean, North America, and West & East Africa.

Led by senior consultant Régine Théodat, Anana provides tailored consulting services with a focus on strategic planning, growth strategy, social innovation, and impact measurement. Régine works alongside a network of highly qualified consultants, brought in on an ad-hoc basis to provide specialized expertise as needed.

The name Anana (meaning pineapple in Haitian Creole) is inspired by the principal’s experience cultivating 3,500 pineapples for an agribusiness venture. In ideal conditions, a pineapple takes 12 to 18 months to fully mature. In less favorable conditions, this timeline can extend to three years or more—an experience that mirrors the challenges of implementing impactful ventures in complex environments. These ventures have immense growth potential, yet the lack of information, resources, or networks often results in delays and obstacles.

Anana Consultants was born from this realization: we leverage our decades of experience and deep understanding of local contexts to eliminate inefficiencies, allowing your ventures to flourish in optimal timeframes. Our approach combines creative ingenuity with strategy and impact, ensuring that your projects achieve meaningful results without unnecessary delays.
